Bill Dykstra, President In 2001, after 17 years of serving the automotive industry at Tower Automotive, Bill formed Temper Inc., to lead as Principal Investigator of the Hot Metal Gas Forming - NIST / ATP program. Bill has significant experience in managing large collaborative government programs based in the automotive manufacturing process development area. He has twenty-five years of experience taking automotive process and tooling research work and moving it forward into series production.
At Temper we specialize in engineering solutions to material processing limitations. We are a TEAM focused company and have extensive experience in several engineering disciplines, including electrical controls, hydraulics, press mechanics, automation, and process development.
